La Vista Resort offers nine room types from the hills of Pelican Key to the sandy beach. The Two Bedroom suite accommodates up to six guests, featuring a master bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite, and a guest bedroom with two twin beds. The Penthouse Suite includes a bedroom with a king-size bed and ensuite on the ground floor, with a kitchen, full bathroom, dining and living area with sleep sofa on the second floor. The Cottage is a studio with a king-size bed, living room with a pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette, and bathroom. The One Bedroom Deluxe features a private bedroom with a king-size bed, a sleep sofa in the living room, and two full bathrooms.
